The player's withdrawal was delayed for almost 3 weeks. We contacted the casino and received the proof that the winnings were paid out to the player. The player finally confirmed getting his withdrawal. The complaint is closed as "resolved".
I have made withdrawal on 20th June of 40000inr on jackpotguru casino and it was processed by jackpotguru on 21 June i received the email from them that my withdrawal was successfully transferred to my bank account and it should be reached to bank within 10 min to 7 working days that me frame but more 7 working days passed still I haven't received my withdrawal then again I contacted their customer support several time and didn't receive proper reply from them then on 30th June i received an email from them that my kyc was stuck at the bank and they are pushing them to proceed bas soon as possible and I should receive my withdrawal in 5 days but more than 11 days again passed but still my withdrawal was not received. I made my withdrawal on 20th June and today is 11 July still I haven't received my withdrawal and the customer support also not reply properly please help.

My account is fully verified on 3rd June . I didn't used any bonus all real cash. Last talk with customer support today regarding the withdrawal
