Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Hey!

yes i have delivered 2/4 documents that was needed. On the 2 first documents i wasn’t kicked out and i could easily send the documents what was asked for. But now i just get kicked out of the website. I have tried to reach out to the live chat and support but without any luck. They said many times they have fixed it but it still dont work. So thats why im contacting you and need help to get withdrawn my money
