The player from New Zealand is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his funds due to limited availability of payment methods. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have been with jackpot city casino for years without any problems up untill today I changed banks about 6 months ago and used a new debit card for payments that was fine until today when I tried withdrawing some winnings for the first time on that card only to find my card wasn't on the withdrawal part. After 3 different long discussions I finally got an answer that my debit card was not expected buy them for withdrawal . Master card . I ask why would they take my money but unable to payout on it I asked should that not have been mentioned when I load the card as I have wasted thousands of dollars only to find out I could not withdrawal on it all I got was sorry nothing we can do . It should have been disclosure that they only payout on visa not master card
Dear Richard,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.
Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too. Banks in some countries refuse to receive player’s funds from gambling establishments. Unfortunately, casinos are powerless in this.
We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation in resolving your problem, but, before we do so, could you please advise if you have been offered any alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
