So it's been a week now, I deposited a small amount and it never got to my account. they told me it has to be at least $20, well they never returned it and keep telling me to wait. I am furious, I have played there for a long time and now this is how they are cheating me? I doubt I'll ever see the money but it's not fair that they steal it.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for and if you have contacted your payment provider already? If there’s any relevant communication, please forward it along with the payment receipt to petronela.k@casino.guru.

Hello,

Well I used bitcoin and I emailed the casino all of the receipts from when I sent the bitcoin and they just didn't respond. Then it said their email wasn't a real email so I contacted them and they gave me a different email address. Well I sent it to that email and still haven't heard a word. I obviously can't contact bitcoin so there is nothing else I can do other than get on social media I guess. Is there anything else you need? Oh they said that when I deposited it, it had failed, but bitcoin always goes through so I'm not sure what's going on. And this is such a small amount it's ridiculous as to why they won't credit it. Thanks for you help.
