Upon completing my wagering requirements from my deposit bonus my balance went from 1600 to 76 , I never placed any bet higher than 2 and played within terms and conditions , the live chat function doesn’t work and they won’t answer my emails

I have sent jackpot Molly’s feeble excuse that I finally received via email (note: there is no live chat just an empty link that goes nowhere ) , I can understand if I won the money during free spins or bonus spins then it would revert to a set win amount but I won 17 dollars and it was during wagering that I won the money on 1.80 c spin as soon as I met the wagering it went to 800 then 75 in the matter of seconds . Is this legal and is this playing by the fair gaming rules ? , I had deposited via my MasterCard and made deposits from 20 -30 nzd . They are a new casino that is ripping its players off to get ahead.

Welcome bonus history screenshot from jackpot molly site, it was during the wagering not the free spins themselves that I won the money then once this wagering was complete they drained my winnings from my account
