I wouldn't even give one star given the option I deposited 20, was given 10 bonus .. won the jackpot $2000, played tye play through , was at $1700 and all.of a sudden balance was $40 . Un real I didn't opt in for the bonus in first place I feel robbed and treated unfairly . Telling everyone I know to make sure Noone plays it. It was unjust and ridiculous. Worst casino ever !
I joined this casino a few days ago and i won on first deposit. Unfortunately for me, i did not notice a point about max withdrawal which applied on the welcome bonus as 5X the bonus amount. So i was only able to withdraw 200.
The wager requirement is pretty high and unfair to me. You have to wager the deposit and the bonus together 40 times but when you cash out, it is only 5X the bonus amount, if they make wager the deposit, it should be included in the 5x too. It would be more acceptable to me.
I will probably change my rating with time if they change that rule.
