Unless you just want to contribute and not actually win any money. Then by all means play this site!
Had been a member for 3 years and once making Platinum Member and winning near $30k, EVERYTHING went down hill from there!!!
From re uploading all my documents that had already been verified.
Spending more money on a new Photo ID because my Photo ID was going to expire in ONE YEARS TIME so it was no longer any good for JPM!!
Having to communicate back and forth with JPM and my bank MANY MANY TIMES because all of a sudden, withdraws I wanted to make from my Bank Card...YES ALREADY VERIFIED by JPM over 4mnths ago was rejecting the deposit JPM were "Apparently" trying to deposit into my Bank Card?? Yet they were still able to accept my deposits made to them from that EXCATE Bank Card???
Now being ignored by this site when I email pictures of my Photo ID that is not due to expire for ONE WHOLE YEAR, with even arrows showing the expiry date!! Also getting emails saying that a cash bonus would be added to my account every week. Then I all of a sudden those cash bonuses stop coming?? I wouldn't even give one star given the option I deposited 20, was given 10 bonus .. won the jackpot $2000, played tye play through , was at $1700 and all.of a sudden balance was $40 . Un real I didn't opt in for the bonus in first place I feel robbed and treated unfairly . Telling everyone I know to make sure Noone plays it. It was unjust and ridiculous. Worst casino ever !

I joined this casino a few days ago and i won on first deposit. Unfortunately for me, i did not notice a point about max withdrawal which applied on the welcome bonus as 5X the bonus amount. So i was only able to withdraw 200.

The wager requirement is pretty high and unfair to me. You have to wager the deposit and the bonus together 40 times but when you cash out, it is only 5X the bonus amount, if they make wager the deposit, it should be included in the 5x too. It would be more acceptable to me.

I will probably change my rating with time if they change that rule.

They have bank as withdrawal option which is important to me since i am in Switzerland.

good clean and fast site .seems to me professionals.i deposited 2500 € and won 8300€ with live roulette .very good and helpfull support.i cant withdraw to skrill due a technical issue for the second time in 2 different casinos.skrill confirms no problem on my end.very weird.they were very kind to lock my withdrawal.only thing i dont like everything takes 3 days to acomplish .kyc and withdrwals.that could be really faster .i know casinos verify in 5 minutes .ii have still money to be withdrawn for 10 days now because of the 5000€ limit a week.at least my money is safe .overall i recommend to visit this casino.my feelings are good about it.
