I deposited 50$ with a 100% bonus. But technically I didn’t use the bonus as I never used their 50$ bonus as it didn’t get under 50$.

then when first making my withdrawal of my winnings, no one mentioned anything I spoke to 3 different people who processed my withdrawal and said nothing. 15hours later I’m told maximum I could withdraw because I used a 100% bonus was 5k. But when I made the first withdrawal of my money I also had another big win. So techinally then I won twice and should be entitled to 2 withdraws of my winnings. Instead they took my money and only paid me 5k

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you use the first deposit bonus or a different one? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if you have an active bonus, all the terms applies no matter if you did use the bonus balance or not - it is still considered as bonus money.

Hey Nick, accounts been verified since like 2021. I used a different deposit bonus I had on the account that week. 100% match and deposit 50$. They matched it. I played by the rules for hours on end and eventually ended up winning on wheels and reels. Got a major on the wheel etc after playing other games. By time I had won the bonus wasn’t even active. Then I spoke to one of their support people and they said I was verified and processed my withdrawal that night. Then 13 hours later my vip host emailed me to say that because I won after making a deposit on a bonus that I was only allowed to withdraw 5k.

after making my withdrawal and waiting for it to get approved I actually had another big win aswel which they now saying had to get forfeited because I won on the bonus. When if that was the case, and I was contacted earlier instead of them waiting how many hours to tell me that then I still would of won another 10k on top which they are saying is to be forfeited.

Based on your history, you were claiming multiple bonuses and as stated above, it does not matter if you played with the bonus money or not, if a bonus is active, all of it's rules apply. If it had a maximum withdrawal limit any balance above could be confiscated by the casino.

Unfortunately, it is a common bonus rule in almost every online casino. I would recommend to play without bonuses in the future as most of them have a limit restriction.
