I have mentioned it over and over again, in regards to game crashing during the bonus round I always get clear your history, clear your cache then we'll contact the game provider and then I never hear back.
If regards to the game spinning and then taking extra money its always the same response saying its not possible.

I get you can't do anything but im really annoyed by it
Firstly the games crashing during bonus say internal error contact support, it's been over a week since I've been able to access 2 of the games.
The spinning then taking extra money issue there's no way that's an internet connection issue. Firstly it's happening on 3 different devices with 4 different internet connections, I play the exact same games on king billy and its never happened not once.......
