I hereby inform you of my total disappointment with this casino that when depositing the money comes in quickly but when withdrawing it does not. I made numerous withdrawal requests per pix and they only return the amount to the site balance wanting me to bet and lose my money. I've been trying to withdraw for 2 days, I managed with a lot of work to withdraw 3000 BRL but I still have 6000 BRL stuck on the site. I have already spoken with all the attendants and they just stall and say that there is a problem with the lateral payment system or they say that I am putting my data incorrectly, which is impossible. They don't pay, I ask for your help to solve this problem and get my funds withdrawn.
Venho por meio deste informar minha total decepção com este cassino que na hora de depositar entra rapidinho o dinheiro mas na hora de sacar não. Fiz inumeros pedidos de saque por pix e eles só estornam o valor pro saldo do site querendo que eu aposte e perca meu dinheiro. Estou a 2 dias tentando sacar, consegui com muito trabalho sacar 3000 brl mas ainda tenho 6000 brl preso no site. Ja falei com todos os atendentes e os mesmo só enrolam e falam que esta com problema no sistema lateral de pagamento ou falam que estou a colocar meus dados incorretos o que é impossivel. Não pagam peço a ajuda de vocês para solucionar este problema e conseguir sacar meus fundos.

I already sent the complaint because it was clear that they were talking nonsense that there was a problem with the payment side, and suddenly a new pix icon appeared for withdrawals of up to 1000 brl. I used this one and it worked and it was approved quickly. The problem is that this icon disappeared again and now after I said that I was going to come here to open a withdrawal complaint call, strangely, they approved the withdrawal requests again. In other casinos where I played the funds were in the account within 1 hour at the most and at izzi it took almost 2 days for me to be able to withdraw 9000 brl. Now they processed it was 6 pix of 1000 brl and 1 pix of 3000 brl. You can close the case.
Eu ja enviei a reclamação porque era nitido que eles estavam com papo furado de que havia um problema na lateral de pagamento sendo que derrepente apareceu um novo icone de pix de retirada de até 1000 brl. Eu utilizei este e deu certo ja foi aprovado rapidamente. O problema é que este icone sumiu denovo e agora depois que eu falei que ia vim aqui abrir um chamado de reclamação de levantamento estranhamente eles voltaram a aprovar os pedidos de retirada. Em outros cassinos que joguei os fundos estavam na conta em até 1 hora no maximo e na izzi demorou quase 2 dias para eu conseguir sacar 9000 brl. Agora eles processaram foram 6 pix de 1000 brl e 1 pix e 3000 brl. Pode encerrar o caso.
