Supposedly I would have received an email with the request, which was never the case. The support also let me down.

Could you please advise when did you try to begin the verification process? Did you contact the casino's e-mail support and if yes, what did they respond? Isn't it possible to upload your documents directly into your casino account?

Unfortunately it is not possible to upload them to the account .
In the meantime I have received a request with somewhat unusual methods.
I have never experienced a selfie in front of the open website.
