Hello,

i got a huge Winning on iWildCasino with only a 50€ deposit. Now i am trying to withdraw 1200€ according to the Rules of the Casino.

Now is the Problem that they asking a lot of things like my Neteller transactions from the last 6 months and the Page from Neteller with my linked cards. Which i think is a bit confusing, why they need to see the last 6 months of my Neteller transactions.


But i dont get any Emails from there Financial Departement, i have always to go in the live chat and ask the agents if everything is good but there is alway something missing.

Also they arent withdrawing my money because they first have to let check the Information by the Provider.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

My concern is that they asking my last 6 Months of Neteller transactions and why they didnt asked it in first place but just after i send them all the other documents they wanted and now they need new documents

And the amount of my winnings is much higher than the 1200€ which i am trying to withdraw. So i need to make more withdrawings in the future.

Thank you for your reply, denjhemp. Although I understand your frustration, the casino has the full right to request additional documents whenever. Asking for Neteller transactions isn't anything unusual.
