I submitted a withdrawal request on 26th October for $340 the next day the I received email from finance department to submit some documents for verification purposes. I submitted all the documents they requested. The next day they asked me for more documents which was ownership of my debit card. I was not able to get it online thats why specially visited bank to get it and I also submitted them that document. Even after submitting that document its 3rd day and I haven’t heard anything from the finance department. I don’t think that I will be able to get my money back. The thing is after submitting all the documents they need for the verification they are not doing anything. At the time of deposit they didn’t asked me for anything and they took the money in just 5 sec now for withdrawal they are taking so long. Please check for this site its not safe at all and I am also provided all proof. If someone need more proof I am ready to provide all proof.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Therefore, I would recommend that you wait for a few more days so that the casino has enough time to review your documents. I will leave this complaint open, and if your issue is not resolved within a week, please let us know and we will intervene.

Just to Update something about the complaint. As I said they took soo many days for verification. Now my verification is been complete but still not got my funds. The support is saying finance department will email you its first come first serve procedure but its been 5 days now still they don’t do anything. Even I submitted my withdrawal using interac but it didn’t asked me for any details. I don’t know what to do with this guys. No reply from finance department.

I would like to emphasize we always give the casino two full weeks to process each payment. To update you with this casino. I submitted a withdrawal request few days ago and the finance department took soo long to process it and it expired and they cancelled the request. They are ask it me to make the request again I already made the request again. Now they will again take so long to process the request and it will again get cancelled and keep on going like this. Can they please let me know when I will be getting my money?
