The Complaints Team intervened after confirming that the player's account was verified and the withdrawal had been approved by the casino. After my account was checked for a whole day, I received an email from them that everything is ok and I can make withdrawals. I withdrew the amount of 220 euros (on 24.10) and they processed my withdrawal after 4 days (28.10) On 28.10 I asked them why the withdrawal is taking so long and they answered that it will be done in a few days. On 31.10 (TODAY) I asked them what happens to my money and they told me answered that my bank refused the transfer and they suggested I use another withdrawal method. I made another deposit (via skrill) of 20 euros which I rolled and now I have withdrawn 240 euros. I am convinced that now they will find all kinds of reasons to refuse withdrawal. Please help me to solve this problem.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
