Hello,i have 3 transaction pending

Casino should pay it in 24 hours but its still not payed,support agent told me to text to Kyc,but kyc don't answering me,i am trying to get information from them everyday,i am sending many email,and they just ignore me,support cannot answer even 1 question,they ask me to send email to KYC,but KYC never answer,i am very unhappy and stressful to wait my won,won unknown reason,casino don't respect customers at all!please help me to solve this sutuation!

My account is 2 times verified,i send them all documents!and they promise to make payouts in 24 hours,not depend of day,financial departament is working everyday,my withdrawal to skrill account,its not bank,so transfer can be completed in a seconds!they just try to pay slowly,so people can cancel deposit,and lost all the money,i know that kind of casinos!why normal casinos under the government licence don't have any problem with payments?they payout maximum in 1h!its 2023 now,there is many ways how to make automatical payouts,but still they wont do it,so this type of casino like that one,is not for people make fun and play in comfort,its only for make people stress and loose you money!can you imagine you come to real physical casino,and you won some 200-500 euro,and they told you"sorry you have to wait 1-7 days,because our cashier is too much busy now"its impossible,so noone will go to this casino!so iwild is really really unrespectful!by the way i was trying to contact KYC,for 1 week they haven't replied even for 1 email!you want i send you screenshot,that i send them around 20 emails!no respect,i don't know why you give them so good reputation!at least KYC should answer every people email,this is respect to.customers,not ignoring people!if you promise to pay out in 24 h,you should complete your promises,other way its cannot be named trustable caisno!

Its very strange that you website give good reputation to this casino,trustpilot for example have very bad reputation about this casino,so almost 60h from first withdrawal is passed,and no payouts and no response from KYC,NOTHING!!!!!!

they have crossed all time limits: the declared casinos have run out of 24 hours, 2-3 days have also already passed, although 2-3 days is an invention and an unreasonable excuse!
