Cannot withdraw my money. I deposited USDT and want to withdraw my winnings. When I try to withdraw my money. There is no payment system for USDT withdrawal. I tried using Tron as that was the network I used to deposited my money. But it doesn't work. I tried other payment system too. Not working as well. They told me to contact the financial department, which I did too. There's no reply from them. It has already been several days.

I have completed my KYC and there is no active bonus standing. I won the money without any bonus, so there should not be an issue with the winning limit. I am asking only the payment network for withdrawal. The casino requires me to submit a withdrawal request using the same payment system that I used to make my deposit. They provide USDT deposit option, however, there is no USDT withdrawal option. Therefore, I cannot withdraw my money

I sent two emails to the financial department of the casino as the live customer service asked me to contact them. Until now, there is still zero response.

Here are the payment pages of the casino. As you see, there is no USDT withdrawal option. Since I deposited in USDT, now I cannot withdraw it due to the non-existence of same payment method

At the moment you have active withdrawal requests via Bitcoin. They will be processed in working order, in accordance with the regulations, and after that credited to your wallet.

That means I had to deposit bitcoin to 'activate' another payment system. Besides, I have to accept bitcoin as my withdrawal option because the casino can take USDT as a deposit option only but not for withdrawal. That is really inconvenient.

I just received all the payments now. Thanks again for the help from both Casino Guru and the casino team. I would suggest here if the casino is willing to accept USDT as an option for deposit then USDT withdrawal should also be an option.
