We informed the player about usual withdrawal processing times and advised patience. After multiple attempts to contact the player for further information, no response was received. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to lack of communication from the player.

Hello,


I have been playing at iwild for 10 months and deposited a lot - I am a level 3 VIP player. I have 1200 euros pending to be withdrawled and 10500 in balance. I would like to withdraw them all and while I am aware of their policies that maximum 1200 euros can be withdrawed in 24 h and 20 000k per month, today they released my first request of 400 euros and I requested another 400 euros to be withdrawn. They then shared the following schedule with me: 400 EUR will be executed on 06.06.24

400 EUR will be executed on 11.06.24

400 EUR will be executed on 14.06.24


If they keep on the same schedule I won't be able to withdraw in months. I've previously had 3 simultaneous withdrawal requirest - each for 400 euros and they were paid at once, so to me it seems thay they are intentionally stalling. Ive requested from the support to put a limit on what I bet this month and they did, so its another reason why I think they do this on purpose. My account is verified and I have previously withdrawed money fast with no such delays.


Can you please help me recieveing my money in a timely manner? I haven't used bonuses to win those money, only my own funds and I find it a bit unfair.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
