The player from British Columbia had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed at that time. After the Complaints Team advised the player to wait for at least 14 days and cooperate fully with the casino, the player confirmed that she had received her withdrawal. Following this, we marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

i verified my account and requested a $400 withdrawal on Feb 12, 2024. Then Iwild requested banking info which I provided and they said was accepted. On Feb 16 I realized the funds were back in my player account so I made a second Interac withdrawal for $400 thinking since everything was verified I would finally receive the funds but they are back in my player account again instead of my bank account. It’s a shame because I only played on this website because your website gave a pretty good rating and there were good reviews. I would have played more as I really liked their games but once all the hassles and delays started I was a little put off. Can’t recommend this online casino now because it’s very very difficult and may be impossible to withdraw from. Very disappointing. Not sure if I have been scammed or they are delaying.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
