Yes I have been able to make a successful withdrawl many months ago. It was only for 81 euros however.


and yes I have passed their KYC which was also many months ago.


I’ve contacted them but they give the same old "will be processed soon" email that they always give.

I used the same withdrawls method as always and my withdraws are still being viewed as pending.
