The player from Norway has requested several withdrawals over the last year and a half. Unfortunately, none of the payments reached him. Casino didn't respond.

Hi, I made some deposits to ivicasino October of 2020. I have tried since November 2020 to withdraw. First with skrill, then ecopayz and now btc. No of the withdrawals was never paid sisnce late 2020. The amount on my ivicasino account balance is about 6000 eur. They claim to have paid 1000 eur in btc, but when requesting proof of transaction, I receive no answer. I have not received any funds in btc from ivicasino that I can see in my wallet.


My last withdrawal request has been pending since 09.03.2022, the one before that was pending for four months. Nothing has happened. Nothing has been paid. I have tried to contact ivicasino through both email and live chat, but it has not resulted in any meaningful progress. I will attach screenshots of the transaction history if needed/requested. I can forward live chat transcripts too, but they do not contain anything, but empty promises of payment. Hope casinoguru can provide some help in this case.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawals. Do I understand correctly that some of your withdrawals have been pending for as long as one and a half years? Was your account successfully verified in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost one and a half years is a long time indeed.

Hi, my balance is 4884.3 eur (1500 eur of the balance is pending in a withdrawal.) In addition to that, there is 1000 euro which ivicasino claims to have paid (I have never received them or received any proof of payment).

We would like to ask the iviCasino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
