I was using Ivibet to place bets, there was no problem, I managed to get the winnings and withdraw normally. But 3 days ago, a problem with the withdrawal started, I'm trying to withdraw my money from the Ivibet account, the withdrawals are pending, they are never processed. The last withdrawal I tried to make is already 24 hours old and is still listed as pending. My account is fully verified, verification is over 1 month old, there is nothing pending. I contact support and the answer is always the same: be patient and wait because there is a processing queue, but I have never seen a withdrawal take that long, even more so via pix and before that everything was normal and overnight it stayed like that. What do I do?

Porém há 3 dias começou um problema no saque, estou tentando sacar meu dinheiro da conta do Ivibet, os saques ficam pendentes, nunca são processados. O último saque que tentei fazer já tem 24h e ainda consta como pendente. Minha conta é totalmente verificada, a verificação já tem mais de 1 mês, não há nenhuma pendência. Eu entro em contato com suporte e a resposta é sempre a mesma: tenha paciência e aguarde porque tem a fila de processamento, mas eu nunca vi um saque demorar tanto assim, ainda mais sendo via pix e antes estava tudo normal e da noite pro dia ficou assim.
