The player's requesting a refund of his deposits as he is supposed to be self excluded. The complaint was rejected as the player was not excluded in the casino group.
In October I had an account at NATIONAL CASINO and I deactivated it because I am addicted to slots. They let me build on IVIBET which has the same provider as NATIONAL CASINO (Provider TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited). They shouldn't have let me create an account since I've been banned from NATIONAL CASINO and I'm an addict. I lost €500 and I want it back please.

Unfortunately, there isn’t written that all your accounts in other casinos of the same owner will be blocked or self-excluded automatically. Please understand that if you self-exclude yourself from one casino it doesn’t necessarily mean that you are protected on all the other associated websites. Could you please advise if you have requested a self-exclusion from IviBet Casino directly?

The law says that if you get banned from a group, they shouldn't let you open an account again. The same thing happened when I got banned from Betsson and opened an account with BWIN which is in the same group. At BWIN they didn't let me.
