I run into an issue where an account was created at this online casino and deposits were made from my account to it without my consent.
The amount exceeds this amount but so that no one is harmed I am willing to give up the remaining amount.
It turns out that on several occasions they indicate that deposits need to be validated by a security system they call 3DS, used in credit or debit cards.
The account and deposits were made by my minor son who didn't know what he was doing and was making deposits through my Revolut account that I have on my iPhone. A face-id or security number is required.
My security number is the same as my wife's and my son managed to make the deposits through attempts.
I've explained what happened numerous times and I only ask for the Recall of 2 deposits, losing more than twice what was lost.
I am fully aware that I am responsible for my minor child, but I am also fully aware that any bookmaker or similar must first ascertain the identity of the player.
I come to ask for help in this case so that the outcome is the best possible, both for me, as a father, and for the casino in question.

O valor ultrapassa este montante mas para que ninguém fique prejudicado estou disposto a abdicar do restante valor.
Acontece que por várias vezes os mesmos indicam que os depósitos precisam de ser validados por um sistema de segurança a que chamam de 3DS, usado nos cartões de crédito ou débito.
A conta e os depósitos foram feitos pelo meu filho menor que não sabia o que estava a fazer e foi fazendo depósitos através da minha conta Revolut que tenho no iPhone. É necessário um face-id ou colocar o número de segurança.
O meu número de segurança é igual ao de minha esposa e o meu filho por tentativas conseguiu fazer os depósitos.
Já expliquei o sucedido inúmeras vezes e só peço o Recall de 2 depósitos, ficando a perder mais do dobro, do que foi perdido.
Tenho plena consciência de que sou responsável pelo meu filho menor, mas também tenho plena consciência de que qualquer casa de apostas ou similiar, tem de averiguar primeiramente a identidade do jogador.
Venho solicitar ajuda neste caso para que o desfecho seja o melhor possível, tanto para mim, como pai, como para o casino em questão.

The account was created on the same day deposits were made.
And it wasn't me who accounted for it, nor did I make the deposits.
There are 5 cents left in the account, which I asked for an immediate block as soon as I heard about what had happened.
The account is in my name, because I use an iPhone and my data is entered automatically. That's the only way my account was created, but they never verified my identity.
The deposits and amounts I have to ask Revolut to give me because I don't know for sure. But I think it's around €700/800.

E não fui eu quem a conta, nem fiz os depósitos.
Restam 5 cêntimos na conta, que pedi o bloqueio imediato assim que soube do sucedido.
A conta está no meu nome, porque uso iPhone e os meus dados estão inseridos de forma automática. Só assim foi criada a minha conta, mas nunca verificaram a minha identidade.
Os depósitos e os valores tenho que pedir à Revolut para me dar porque não sei ao certo. Mas penso que ronda os 700/800€.

You can close my case. If nothing can be done. I'm sad and I think it's very unfair because if I'm on the street with my son and he wants to enter a physical casino, they won't let him in.
That's how I feel right now, but with the exception that they let the kid in and let him play. Now I'll have to say goodbye to a sum of money that I think is stupidly under-spent/employed.

Podem encerrar o meu caso. Se nada dá para fazer. Estou triste e acho muito injusto porque se for na rua com o meu filho e ele quiser entrar num Casino físico não o deixam entrar.
É como eu me sinto, neste momento, mas com o senão de terem deixado entrar o miúdo e o deixado jogar. Agora terei que dizer adeus, a uma soma de dinheiro que eu acho estupidamente mal gasta/empregue.
