6 days ago I wrote to them in the mail to ask them to provide a license as they do not have a Curacao badge on their website. I was simply ignored in online support, they answered that they could not influence this in any way, I asked if they could contact their management or those who are responsible for mail support@joker.win They did not answer anything and just froze in the online chat and now they have turned off the function altogether online support as I understand it for my account.
