I was playing with my first deposit bonus on Instaspin casino and wagered untill 92% and then all of the sudden my complete bonus amount disappeared. My balance went from €1.660,08 to €88,5.


i’ve been in touch with the live support and they quote and they state it is a technical use that they have to investigate and can take up to 10 business days.


This seems really odd to me. I’ve attached some screenshots and hope someone is able to help.

However, I notice there are a lot of similar cases online with Instaspin Casino where it takes forever or there isn’t any solution being found…


For example, see the below complaint:

They are not providing me with prompt updates about what is happening. Isn’t it optional, just as in the above complaint, to get them into the conversation to fix this and refund the money.
