during the game I had about 180€ and suddenly I had 13€ in communication I had with them they told me that it is a technical problem and they will refund my money it has been almost 3 weeks and they have not refunded my money

in almost daily communication they answer me the same and the same that the case is in the technical department and they will return as soon as possible.
