after finishing my wagering nearly i was left with around 742 pounds but upon total completion my balance went down to 32 pounds i never went over the maximum bet threshold im very worried as i see many people with the same issue i hope this gets resolved .

hi nick mate hope your all well there.


i took a first deposit bonus and got 100 percent on top of my 25 pounds initial deposit so 50 pounds in total.

i took the steps to verify my account before as i had the opportunity which in all fairness i must agree was handled very promptly within an hour which i found quite refreshing .


the rest was as i explained in my previous message which i thought id bring up to the live chat yesterday morning which i also will say were quite prompt and help full ,but as being a avid member casino guru i found many people talking of the exact same issue so i thought its only fair i would warn of it .


it made me feel rather unsafe also when i am depositing without a bonus my raw balance it still showing as locked after a 1x turnover which i understand is quite standard procedure which i also brought up and they have now forwarded to the tech team but this did not inspire me with confidence.

hi pls can you mark this case down as resolved as i have been credited back my funds and now am waiting fo a withdrawal many thanks to the staff at instaspin they kept to the work and this was resolved very swiftly
