Case summary

The player from the United States received a bonus and won up to $750 on NEON WHEEL 7s. Extra winnings were taken away, leaving the balance at $40. This relates to a terms clarification given by a casino representative that hints the player’s balance cannot exceed $50. Since the player won using a no-deposit bonus, the win limit is considered industry standard and subsequently, this complaint was closed.

I got a bonus without depositing any money. Well I was playing NEON WHEEL 7s and had won up to $750. Then all of a sudden they took away a lot of that money and left me with $40. I then went to chat and was connected to Ryan. I asked him why they did that and all he could say that I should have read the terms and that I can only have $50 for my balance and when it goes higher it is reduced. Why? I think iNETbet casino should be reported and Ryan should be better trained on helping the public.

Dear debgreta1,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. Do I understand it correctly that you have accumulated your winnings from a no-deposit bonus? I have checked the Terms and Conditions, and this is what I found:

Promotional Terms and Conditions
When playing with any free offer redeemed prior to playing your first purchase the maximum cashout is $50. You are only permitted to cashout from one such offer across our group of casinos.

I would like to emphasize that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

If there is any additional information that would support your case, please do not hesitate to contact us. Otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards

Veronika

Ok, but I will never again play any games with iBETnet.com. I still think this is very unfair. Why would they give you the free money if you’re only allowed to have a balance of $50. That $710 should be mine. I played the game honestly. The casino should be honest too.

I understand your disappointment. However, it's important to note that each casino has its own unique bonus policy and reward system. A bonus is essentially a gift from the casino, and it's up to the casino to determine what rules apply. One key aspect to be mindful of is the existence of win limits associated with no-deposit bonuses. Win limits are predetermined thresholds that cap the maximum amount a player can withdraw from winnings generated using bonus funds. These limits are instituted by the casino to manage its financial liabilities and maintain a sustainable business model.

While I understand that encountering win limits can be frustrating, they are a common feature of no-deposit bonuses across the online casino industry. It's recommended to carefully review the terms and conditions associated with any promotional offer before participating, as this will provide clarity on the applicable rules and restrictions.

This complaint will now be closed. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.

Best regards

Veronika
