I have requested an withdrawal 4 days ago and keeps delaying the payment ,first they day takes up to 24h to process but if is busy will take up to 72h ,without kyc,they dont require ,every day they say different things ,second day they said they need more time to approve,then 3rd day they have again tech issue,each time i was talking to an agent all they say different story,that my win is being procces ,or is tech problem,or they have delays,then they said its fixed and my win is being check then again tech problem my first win was delay again due to tech problem that they say is fixed i have prove when they say this ,every day they say wait wait nothing much can you please help me getting my win

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Hi Veronika

First of all the withdrawals is not even approved ,we are not talking about the money to reach my acc because my 1st withdrawals was instant As you can see on all the screenshots nobody is talking about the kyc and 14days,if they will or if they were require kyc i was more than welcome to do it but no only diffrent stoey there is a tech problem,please wait system update,we are checking,our.problem is fixed etc,i am playint at casinos for the last 10 years and never heard 14days to process tge win ,more than that you didnt even asked me for verification ,thank you
