This casino is a scam, they delayed the payout for 3 weeks and answered that everything is sorted from their side and every day the same answer to check what's going on with the payout, but now after 3 weeks they canceled the payout and returned the money to the gaming account, their answer is that they are checking again why this happened, I'm losing patience, people stay away from this casino as much as possible, because it's more than obvious that it's a scam and they don't even pay out

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they explain the rejected payout?

Hello Nick,my verification and confirmed withdrawal was arranged on 21/07/2022, and the withdrawal was requested already on 15/07/2022, the last time I communicated with the casino was yesterday, the day before, to assure me that the withdrawal would be arranged, but yesterday they hawe rejected withdrawl without any explanation, I not use the bonus for the amount I used to withdraw

The requests were approved at 08.08.2022 10:02:47 (UTC) (which is within T&Cs of the Casino)


The delay was caused due to additional checks of the gaming activity and bonus usage.

As per the moment being, all is finalized.

Hello, let me tell you one more time, on 21/07/2022 you confirmed my withdrawal, but then nothing happened, I did not receive the money and you assured me and delayed checking it, then you gave me the same withdrawal that was confirmed on 21/07/2022 on 04/08/2022 rejected without explanation. Then, on the same day, August 4, 2022, I submitted another request for a withdrawal, which you obviously now confirmed, but I am afraid that nothing will happen again, like last time, and you will not send any remarks again

Hi Nik, it's not a problem to wait a few days, but I'm almost one hundred percent sure that it will be the same as the next time they refused my withdrawal without explanation, I also don't know why the casino can't send me the actual proof/transfer to the account, probably because they never actually did it carried out?
