I have been trying to verify my account for 2 days and trying to withdraw my winnings but they seem to be always on hold. Please, someone, can you help me with this? I just think it’s quite unfair that they accept your money in such a fast and no whatsoever identification checking manner and can’t withdraw the money you earned from winning on their site. Please, I beg you to help me.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I’ve submitted all the necessary requirements and I’ve been trying to withdraw 3 days ago. I’ve tried speaking with their 24/7 online chat but none of the ones I’ve spoken with seems to provide a justifiable reason as to why they accept deposits in an instant but can’t provide faster approval rate on their verification and withdrawal. I think there is a scam going on.

Any withdrawal will be rejected if you are not verified. As mentioned above the verification may take up to 14 days so be sure to provide all the relevant data to the casino in order to process your payment as soon as possible and let us know the outcome in a week.
