The player from the Philippines has requested a withdrawal 30 hours prior to submitting this complaint. Simply, winnings haven’t been received yet. Even if we assumed that the issue has been resolved, without a confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.

Withdrawal is taking longer its should be 5mins to 12 hours as per advertise and its been 30 hours? I know it's just a small amount but their withdrawal advertisements are not true and the support is not replying to my email. I can't even access the live chat it just doesn't work.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

My account is verified and I used skrill as withdrawal method. I don't think it should be that long as skrill is fast method.

However, I will set the timer for additional 10 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene.
