Hi! I can’t withdraw money.

I waiting for the KYC for 5 days (Terms And Conditions says it is max. 2 days), and nothing. Support says: My verifiy is on the last step, wait for the e-mail, but nothing.

I have 456$ on Ice Casino.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner.
