He had registered his account 10 days prior and had wagered his deposit of €35 three times. The player had confirmed that he hadn't used any bonus. We had reached out to IceCasino for clarification and they had responded that the payout was made via a cryptocurrency. However, the player did not respond to our request to confirm receipt of the payment. Consequently, we had to reject the complaint due to lack of communication from the player's side.
