My problem is I've been playing with these guys for a long time I've already been verified with them okay it's been years since I've been playing with them now I used my Visa debit with them a few times and all of a sudden now like cuz I always use interact each transfer okay I don't use Visa debit but couple of times I have but now they're asking me for proof of this Visa debit card okay and which what doesn't make any sense and I lost my Visa debit this was like a year ago and they're asking for passport picture and proof of those I have like a picture of of that Visa debit and it doesn't make any sense why would they be asking me about things that happened like a long time ago I decided to deposit with my Visa debit one time they came from the same bank account that I always use when I deposit money to that casino with interact okay I don't use Visa that bit and that was the few couple times that I did people lose their bank cards anyways they're asking me for a passport picture while sudden a passport picture doesn't make any sense either because I'm already verified I'm already kyc'd okay I've already won money from them I've already made withdrawals from them I made lots of deposits to them as well so I have won money okay on April 9th I'm completely and utterly shocked that when I made the withdrawal I saw that my withdrawal was rejected I asked him what the problem was and they said I need to provide them proof of a bank card or a card okay with I digitalized photo or a picture and of a passport picture or whatever from a year ago from June 1st 2022 I'm like are you guys kidding me or what like this doesn't make any sense you're asking me to provide you documentation that I use my Visa debit with and I don't have my Visa debit anymore it doesn't make any sense to me because I've I've been with these guys for years like I said so I'm just very and they said they cannot they can't verify me or give me my money unless I provide them with cards that don't even exist and and that happened a year ago I have screenshots from everything that I said to me it doesn't make any sense how they're asking me for these things now I'm already verified I could say I could show you pictures of the verification I'm going to show you pictures of the screenshots that they're asking me to give them a card that doesn't exist and this is a year ago they're not asking me about the initial deposits that I made April 9th okay for the interact each transfer I made for $35 and I won $1,259 okay I don't understand why they're withholding this for me and they said they can't give it to me unless I provide them with a passport and with a proof of that documentation from a year ago does that make any sense no so I need this resolved because this is not right what they're doing to me and I did win fair and square I did make a deposit of $35 I made an interact to deposit and they want documentation of a deposit made with my Visa debit a year ago or they can't let me have my money please I know you guys have to care of my cases before and you guys were very good at it and you guys have won me my money I can't deal with this this is unreal

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly.

Please note casinos can ask for supplementary documents in order to complete the verification procedure. Do I understand correctly the casino asks you to provide a selfie with a valid passport? Is there any document confirming the Visa card was issued in your name or that you informed your bank that you lost the card? Are you able to provide these documents to the casino?

the fact of the matter is okay you can see from all the screenshots that I have I even have more okay I've been verified you can see the picture that I uploaded there it's in green that was years ago okay and you can see the other screenshots that was me with long hair so you know how long I've been there for I've been playing there for years okay I'm so for them to actually ask me for documentation for my Visa debit is actually quite disturbing considering I've won with them so many times you know like not so many times but enough times to say you know like this is ridiculous I'm getting questioned about something that I deposited with my own Visa debit another asking for a passport picture which doesn't make any sense either because my picture was accepted with my valid identification card it's the same thing on the same person same bank account they're asking about a bank card a Visa debit card okay that I lost and they want proof of that card it's like I cannot make something exist when it doesn't exist you know what I mean like if I lost the card I lost the card how am I supposed to provide something that's lost you know and lo and behold you can see in the screenshot too he's writing to me telling me that usually financial institutions let you or are they provide you with some expired cards or lost cards which doesn't make any sense I was like are you serious like I don't know what financial institution does that but you can't just make something out of nothing this is all from a year ago they've asked me to and you can see in the screenshot okay that I clearly provided them with my bank statement okay from June 1st 2022 that's what he wanted so I provided it I didn't have to because it was from a year ago but I still provided that transaction that deposit that I had made okay to them okay I uploaded that document too and I also uploaded document from April 9th where I deposited $35 okay and I won $1,255 you'll see also in the screenshot that it says it has been rejected every time I withdraw and they will not release my money until I provide a non-existent bank card which makes absolutely no sense from a year ago when I've been with them for several years in the payment history you could press back back back pages for a long long time I mean with them for several years in the payment history you could press back back back pages for a long long time I mean considering even look at the pictures you can see me with short hair and long hair there's no reason for me to lie I have no reason to lie I mean you guys help me out before I have nothing to hide I'll tell you straight up this is not right it's illegal what they're doing okay they're not paying me my money and they're asking me for documentation from a year ago not for the present date which should be happening because if I'm allowed to use my debit card considering I'm verified and I've been playing there for years why do I have to provide proof now like all of a sudden now they ask me it doesn't make any sense to me so I am extremely upset because I've I'm already verified him I've already been kyc'd okay and this is this is like baffled lean to me that they won't pay me unless they provide them with a passport you know and then after within 3 days of the conversation oh they made me feel like I was getting my money you know they were like yeah yeah don't worry we're working on it these things take time we're just don't worry we're working on it these things take time we're just verifying your documents and then this guy comes out with this I was like no no you got to be kidding me I'm like you guys have no right to treat me like this I feel like I'm being discriminated against because what I don't have a passport because what I don't travel because why I live in Montreal Quebec Canada I'm sorry but I mean I'm always have a problem with these guys okay you can clearly see that I spend a lot of money there and I also withdrew money from there and I'm also verified there but why they want something from over a year ago is beyond me I mean it just doesn't make any sense and the law is you know like if you already are kyc'd yes they're allowed to ask for documentation for sure but for documentation over a year ago it would it would be for a documentation for the present not over a year ago so they're just making up excuses and I'm just very angry and upset and I just want my money and I'm never going to play with these people again because this is it's like Ring around the Rosie you know you can't get anywhere I've already talked to will not talk to but I've already talked to will not talk to but I've already sent an email to the support team on I also sent an email to the gaming license provider that they have I'm very serious when I say this because you know I also made complaint to you guys about them because I know you take this very serious and you respect your customers I admire that thank you very much for your help

Hi Thomas here is my bank statement from June okay first and right beside it is when I went into my payment history you put them side by side and you see from the year 2022 okay that everything coincides with what I'm saying okay like it doesn't make any sense like I used my piece of dip it wow but a year ago you know what I mean anyways here's the two pictures and here's the bank statement I brought up for them just so I could prove to them that what I'm saying is the truth even though it was a year ago

basically that's you know what they want and I don't have the bank card because I lost it people lose their things you know but to be outrageous like this is preposterous anyways I showed you clearly like that's from June they asked for June 1st 2022 I give him June first you know and this is now April 14th but it's 2023. i also submitted that to Curaçao egaming plus Curaçao gaming control board. The have no right to treat me like this. I'm fed up . There asking for documentation from a year ago from my visa debit card that I deposited with at there casino on jun1st 2022 almoe year and half ago it's not a credit card it's a Visa debit card. I uploaded the bank statement they asked for pluse my payment history for June 1st. 2022 and it matches yes there unbelievable I can understand that they can request documents but from a year ago off my visa debit card that I lost they said I can ask my bank to issue me the lost card or expired cards. file hi Thomas Curaçao egaming had sent me an email and lo and behold they are going to have ccrg take a look at it and not to mention they told me to see if the casino was registered or licensed anyways I put the Uriel in there and I got that what you see there it says unlicensed they're they're handled by Antillphone but there's four Master licenses okay and I know Antillphone but it's it's like a fake or imposter anyways I know I have some some other things to show you because what the guy was saying to me at the casino was extremely out of contacts it didn't make any sense what he was saying and they said that I definitely do have a case and that what they're doing is absolutely incorrect to me so I'm going to show you some emails that I sent as well as screenshots of what the agent (Ben) on live chat said. Hi Thomas I still haven't gotten paid yet the fact that they want my bank card and the fact that they are asking me to issue something that doesn't exist it's not a credit card credit card statements have your card on your statements I have a bank card okay it was a Visa debit bank card so what they do is you give you the statement that shows the transactions that you made and I matched it to the payment history on the site and it matches but I lost that bank card once again it's not a credit card it's a Visa debit card. And also on their site yesterday they weren't registered and they weren't licensed at all they're telling me that I have to show them proof I have of this of this deposit that I made it with my own bank card to my own casino account okay which doesn't make any sense because it was June 1st 2022 that they want proof of when I won on April 9th 2023 and it's a bank card like I said this doesn't make any sense and I told you to screenshots that I uploaded that they weren't registered and they weren't licensed so they weren't last night if you look at the date and everything it says April 17th now you look and obviously they you know realize that they weren't licensed or registered and fixed it really quick so anyways I'm really stressed out because I want my money and I wanted fair and square and this they have no right to do this I've already been verified you know I don't know what else to say but one of these chat agents told me oh well your banking issue you expired or lost cards that's absolutely impossible because it's not a credit card it's a bank card once again so I hope you're taking all this into consideration and and I'm working on my case because I'm absolutely mind-boggled by this I should have been able to just withdraw my money no problem but to come up with such bogus you know crap about having to want me to issue my or provide proof of a bank card from a deposit I made in 2022 that doesn't make any sense anyways please get back to me as soon as possible thank you

Did you ask your bank whether they can provide you with any type of confirmation the card was issued in your name?

Do I understand correctly, that in the past, in order to verify your deposits and payment method used, the casino only asked for a bank statement, and not a picture of the bank card?

Please understand casinos licensed under Curacao Antillephone are not recorded in the list of casinos licensed under other Curacao licenses.

I never used my bank card only last year I only used interact each transfer all the time a few times I only used my bank card so they're not asking for what they're asking for me is to produce a credit card statement and a credit card I don't have a credit card I didn't use a credit card it was a Visa debit card it's a bank card just so happens last year I decided to use my bank card for a deposit on my own freaking casino account do you understand like I'm allowed to withdraw my money they're just holding things for me cuz they just being like that that's nothing to do with anything but just being mean rude I don't know I don't get it it should be about the money that I just won it shouldn't be about a deposit I made it into my casino account with my own bank card not a credit card my own bank card and that if that was a year ago I gave the bank statement to icecasino.
