Hi there

I have a small problem with the customer support for this casino - because they say that they have 24/7 live support but in not true.

I just want to make sure that all my documents are in order and i have send more then 5 email just today at the support@icecasino.com and i did not get any answer.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick and big thanks for the help

I already have send them and approved my ID Card - and proof of address , and yesterday i send them the picture with the bank card but the verification it still on pending.


I didn't had any problem with this site because until yesterday i only deposit money but in the first moment that i trye to withdrawal some money back the problems appear.
