The player's account got closed and balance voided without any explanation. The complaint was resolved after the player received back his deposited amount. His account got blocked due being self excluded in a sister casino.

I have already done a completely verified account and they asked me more more .. for example a Skrill pdf transactions 6 months etc etc
so I sent to them all of these new verification staff and after all they close my account without send me nothing about that closure !!

I close stelario with self exclusion after many tries .
(I don’t like the rules of this casino about bonuses and many games exclusion )
they are want to give many reasons about my decision because my simple need to close it doesn’t count for them !!
so I forced to say that I have gambling problems and then finally they close my account !

Did you receive back your deposited amount? Please note that if you was self excluded in their sister casino and they have a shared exclusion list, you are eligible to receive back only your deposited amount and all winnings should be voided.

I believe enough time have passed since they closed your account and the deposit should be already refunded.
