I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the withdrawal process on your platform, as I have encountered several issues that have yet to be resolved despite multiple attempts to seek assistance.


Recently, I deposited between €200 and €300 using Binance and Mastercard and was pleased to win approximately €4,500 from playing slots and roulette. I am fully verified with your platform, and all my deposits were processed instantly without any issues.


However, when attempting to withdraw my winnings via Mastercard, Paysafe, Ethereum, or Bitcoin, none of these options worked. After contacting your support team, I was advised to withdraw using ADA Coin, which I followed. Despite adhering to your instructions, I have been waiting for over 24 hours for my last €500 withdrawal to be processed, which is frustrating, given how quickly deposits are handled.


I have written multiple emails to your support and KYC teams but have only received vague or non-committal responses. While your live chat support assured me that I am fully verified and that my funds would arrive shortly, I have yet to receive a solid update or resolution.


I understand that your withdrawal policy may limit withdrawals to €500 per day, and I have no issue complying with your rules. However, it feels unfair that while deposits are processed instantly, I am facing prolonged delays for withdrawals, which undermines the trust in the platform.


I kindly request a swift resolution to this matter, as it is causing significant frustration. I would like to enjoy my experience on your platform, but if these delays continue, it will seriously impact my confidence in continuing to use your services. Please confirm when I can expect to receive my funds.

  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?
