I was frustrated to the borne by this site

they kept asking Identification to a point where they requested me to hold my identities because they suspected that o was fraudulent. I have been using this site for a very longtime

my withdrawals where send back 3 times asking same stuff all the times to a point I end up spending that to last $$. I got nothing in the end because of frustration and poor communication

this started 5 days ago

I’m very disappointed with practice- now I have nothing to celebrate for this new year

Was your account verified in the past or is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? How many documents did they exactly request from you?
