I was frustrated to the borne by this site
they kept asking Identification to a point where they requested me to hold my identities because they suspected that o was fraudulent. I have been using this site for a very longtime
my withdrawals where send back 3 times asking same stuff all the times to a point I end up spending that to last $$. I got nothing in the end because of frustration and poor communication

Please note that the player verification is a very important part of the withdrawals and you can't skip any part of it. Taking a selfie while holding your ID is a very common practice in many casinos and unfortunately, if you want any winnings you will have to go through it.
Also if you have lost the money and you have currently no balance in the casino, there isn't anything we would be able to do for you as you lost them legitimitly.
