I have made a withdrawal about 4 weeks ago and untill they got conform it took nearly a week and now that my withdrawal was conformed and they told me it will take up two 5-7 business days to received and I have been waiting since and it has been 10 business days and I still haven’t heard anything and when I live chat with them they tell me nothing.. this website is a scam it takes them 10 sec to take money out of your account but they never return if u win I suggest not trusting this website they are a scam.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Do I understand it correctly that it has been almost a month ago that you have requested yours? Which payment method you have selected? I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

no it’s only been 10 business days and I still didn’t receive my money and I made the withdrawal on the 28th of feb. first of all they asked for my verification like a photo of license and bank card I sent them everything they needed it and all my documents got confirmed in 48 hours and I did receive an email and then it took 48 other hours for my withdraw to get confirmed and when it got confirmed I received another email saying it will take 5-7 business days and I have been waiting. I don’t mind waiting as long as I’m sure that I will receive my money that I have withdraw. I have contacted them and they say that the money has been sent from our end and you have to talk to your bank and I did call my bank up and they told me it all depends on the sender of the money.

Hey how are you I still haven’t received an money from them? and when I tell them what is wrong they tell me I have to talk to my bank and I did call my bank they have nothing.
