A1 casino was just the first box I had to pic, when it asked what casino. I didn’t know what to click. But it is house of pokies.

so I have heard back from them saying that my ID is being checked abd could take 5 days...

why can’t they just transfer it straight back just the same as TAB dose....


anyways do now I’m waiting for up to 5 days for the ID check to clear.


could you let me know if other players on house of pokies received there money please. There’s a complaint by the name "Sayas" for the same issue as me. Could you find out if he got his money.

Unfortunately, as you can see, this complaint was closed as unresolved, because the casino failed to reply to the complaint in the given time frame. We are not informed if the player received his money or not.


I would suggest you to wait for a few more days. If your account hasn't been verified, I would recommend you finding out if there are any other missing documents and provide them asap. Without successfully completed KYC you won't be able to withdraw.

Thanks. I went back to the account last night and seen the money still there.

anyways got it up to 5k n withdrew it, the money then left the account...

so hopefully this is good new


at first this was very confusing and I prob jumped the gun a bit as soon as I seen bad reviews for house of Pokies.

So with the 5000$ returned to my account yet again

I started playing some of it.

now to spend over 5k and only get 2 features seems a bit sus....

more like I was set up to spend it without a return at all


who has ever spent 5k n got 2 features CUNTS set me up regardless I was never going to get any money back from them.


as far as I’m concerned they have stolen for me n rig games up for me not to win a dam cent.

$10 , $15, $20 a and about 6 $40 bets


this is not possible.

min a way it’s theft and legal action should be taken agents these scamming dogs


PLEASE FUK THEM UP FOR ME AND EVERYONE ELSE THEY HAVE FRAUDED

Liam, I completely understand your frustration, and that this would never happened if your first attempt to withdraw would be successfull, but if you lost all your winning, there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do. We can only test this casino and then mention it in our review.

Yer I completely understand there’s nothing you could do.


i will outline though that I made at least 5 attempts to withdraw

on each occasion asked for pic ID, witch I did so.


i knew I wouldn’t see my money hence why I gambled it because one way or another I was NEVER going to see it.


they are a scam company that needs to be audited and criminal charges laid.

im just one person that lost 5k

how manny millions are they scaming a year.


please do what you can to stop these scum
