I'm reaching out because my funds are being confiscated due to accidental VPN use. I want to stress that I’m a cash player and didn’t use any bonus at all, so there’s absolutely no bonus abuse here. The VPN was only on because my company requires it, and I simply forgot to turn it off.

To apply this rule to withhold my legitimate winnings is, frankly, ridiculous, as I played fair and square and followed your guidelines otherwise. The VPN wasn’t even active during gameplay. I’d appreciate it if you could review this situation and help me resolve it fairly.


I hope this is a misunderstsnding and someone can talk some sense them and nobody would want to be involved with such casino when a player deposits 600 USD wothout bonus and get all funds and winnings confiscated the way I did.
