The player from Ireland had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks before submitting this complaint. Their money hadn't been received yet. The initial withdrawal request to LTC failed after 15 days, but a subsequent request to Skrill was processed the same day. The complaint was marked as resolved.

I requested an LTC from HitnSpin on the 4th of June.


They told me it had been approved by their casino and was with their third party payment provider. This has still not been processed and no matter how much I chase they give me the same copy and paste response of it's the third party payment processor fault.


I'm not sure if the casin is having financial trouble or just being scammers.

It failed after pending for 15 days to LTC. Then I re requsted to skril and it was processed same day.
