The player from Ukraine requested his withdrawal more than a month ago. It has been pending since. We closed the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
I applied for a payment on 11/22/19. And the payment still. I contacted the telegram and advised me to re-apply, which I did on 12/21/2019. But it did not help. They write in a chat to expect an answer from the Finnish department. But there is no answer. Yesterday I submitted a new application for withdrawal of funds. It has been more than two months after my first withdrawal request. In the chat they stopped answering my questions. What should I do?

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all attempts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue (after numerous attempts to get in touch), we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
