When the player disagrees with our decision, or we decide that player complaint is justified, but casino decide not to pay to the player we recommend player to seek help by contacting licensing authority and refer to the complaint (licensing authorities taking care of complaints only in case that player already tried to solve the complaint with casino and this process was unsuccessful)
However, in this case, casino HitLoto operates without a license, so there is no licensing authority which you may contact. Unfortunately, all that we can do is to warn other players not to deposit in this casino.
