Yes blackjack was not paying out the correct amounts it was then it stopped and was only paying my bet back after taking it. Thats not how it goes. You can’t charge me to play and I win so you just give me back my original money this place is bullshit. It sounds like we need to open a class action lawsuit from reading all of your complaints. I need and want my money asap. They know what they are doing. I am an avid player spent over a half million dollars at numerous casinos I know what’s going on.

Tomas I sent you emails with pics highlighted. But basically if you look at other gameplay you can see where it says paid and it needs to be doubled like the ones in yellow. All they were doing is taking my bet money when I would win they would just give that back and that’s not how it works. They have to give that back plus pay me what my bet was. They all need to be doubled what they were.

Here are more than the game didn’t pay see attached where bet and game paid are the same number then look at the one bet and game play it’s significantly higher I had a blackjack. I swear it’s not paying add 750 and 393 to the 4037 I mean balance before and balance after filefilefile

You can clearly tell when the game pays out like it should and when it switches to just paying out what it took from you. It’s complete bogus I need my money I went through 4000 like it was butter because they didn’t pay correctly.

I believe I understand your point.

  • Have you received any additional response to your ticket from the 25th of April?
  • Has the casino acknowledged any error in crediting your winnings, or did they launch an investigation?

Tomas I have sent multiple emails, I reached out to key personnel on link-in and also got in touch on messenger. No one will respond they did respond once but since stopped. You have no idea how upset I am this was my months bills wrapped up in this. I need my money. They clearly cheated me it’s over $6000 and I’ve proven it. The software is rigged they know it. It try’s to pull a fast one to see if your paying attention everywhere it’s double is correct if it’s not it charges you to play and when you win it just gives back what they took that’s not how it works. What do I do??
