The player's experiencing issues with casino games as he keeps getting kicked out of the casino. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I played £370 last night after 12pm into today and played around 25 or 30 different slot games. If the slot started to play anyway good I was kicked out of it after playing for quite some time, I then realised I was also completely logged out of my account and had to login again only to show my time playing as zero after playing for hours! The same thing happened two weeks ago when I spent the same amount of money! Not me of the many many slots I played were paying out and very seldom hitting bonuses, as I say if a slot started to play good I was immediately kicked out, now I find this unfair play and am not happy with having my money stole like this and want it back. I am unable to see all my deposits on my Heyspin account which I find suspicious as I know my deposits have come to around £800.
