The player from Luxembourg had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before they contacted us. Winnings had not been obtained up to that day. The player had expressed frustration about the casino's advertised instant withdrawals not being instant. Despite our attempts to communicate with the player and the casino's claim of no open withdrawals, the player had insisted they hadn't received their winnings. The casino representative had confirmed multiple withdrawal requests were cancelled shortly after being made. Due to the player's lack of response to further inquiries, we were unable to continue the investigation and the complaint was rejected.

This casino claims to be like all other crypto casinos and has instant withdrawals which is a complete lie. The most a withdrawal has ever taken me to get on bitsler, bc.game, lucky block, or 7bits is at most an hour even if it's the first withdrawal. Heybets also is one of the scammy types of casinos because when you request your withdrawal they keep it as pending allowing you to cancel it because they hope if they take long enough most gamblers will cancel it and gamble away their money. That is how I know now this casino isn't as reputable as they claim to be . I need my $1200 that I withdrew to get my car out of the auto shop but still haven't received it and customer service only replied one time . This is ridiculous. DONT GAMBLE ON HEYBETS!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have gambled on 5 other crypto casinos and when they advertise instant withdrawals they have instant withdrawals. I have never had an issue before . They shouldn't advertise that withdrawals are instant if they aren't

Hey there,


I have just checked again and I see 9 withdrawal requests but all of those have been canceled shortly after they have been requested.


In terms of open balance I only see $0.05 in the players LTC Wallet.
