Hello, i deposited a few times with Heybets and naturally lost, however on the last deposit i won some money. Since then I requested 4 withdraws from which none of them have arrived. The total sum is 5295$. I contacted the support because they promote instant crypto withdraws, however, in my case it has been 24 hours since first withdraw. The support has been telling me to wait, however, i am starting to get worried as i feel something strange. Nobody asked me to do kyc and the reasoning for delay is ‘first withdraw’ or ‘big win’ i have screenshots from chats and also the withdraws submitted. I am not over the withdraw limit and i am not playing from a restricted country. Currently the support has stopped responding and the email i sent have not been answered.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
