Hello, i am Georgios Anastasiades.

On 11/5/23 i made requests for withdrawals €300 & €500. All this days said to me that i receive up to 48 hours, in 4 days, in 5 up to 7 days, 2 days asked me for patience to review the finance team. Then technical problem, i sent again my iban no, again i wait. 13 days from 11/5/23 when i made requests. Now nobody give any answer what happen. If answer me asked my to wait the finance team. On 8/5/23 i made again request for withdrawal and in 3 hours the money deposit in my account. Now why happen that? i believe they don't want to give my winnings. I attached all the chat with support and the requests of withdrawals.

Please help me to receive my winnings.

I wait to inform me.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

NO I DID NOT RECEIVE YET. NOW ASKED ME THAT THEY HAVE PROBLEM WITH BANK PAYMENT PROVIDER.

THEY ASKED TO PAY ME BY CRYPTO BUT I DONT HAVE WALLET. I TRY TO CREATE BY I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS TYPE.
