Heybets Casino - Player's asking for a deposit refund.

Hello I deposited $100 through my cash app with btc to heybets casino before depositing I did my research it said it was new and that it was number 1 however I signed up and when I go to open a slot machine it says restricted I can’t play none of their games I asked for my money back and I was told I can withdraw however it won’t let me and there just ignoring me I have attached proof thank you in advance

i have contacted the casino and they responded one time and said I can just withdraw my money which is not true it’s locked

I installed VPN today,I logged into HEYBETS casino and I was able to open a slot machine on website and my balance is 0.0 on one of my attachments chat screenshot the agent says their VPN friendly I have attached my proof
